• If something unexpected happens, we handle it discreetly and efficiently so you never have to worry.

• We’ll ensure the bride, groom, bridal party, and close family are taken care of throughout the day.

• We’ll greet guests, organize the ceremony lineup, and cue musicians to ensure a flawless ceremony.

• We assist with the setup, teardown and/or load-out of your personal decor. (Level of setup / teardown support is depending on coordination arrival / departure times)

• Ensuring tables, seating, and all details are picture-perfect before guests enter the reception.

• We’ll discreetly distribute gratuities to vendors (with signature confirmation) so you can focus on celebrating.

• Ensure all cards, gifts, personal items, and alcohol are packed up and given to designated person(s).
